The study presents the comparative analyses and evaluation of practical results in privatisation in four selected countries of Central and Eastern Europe: Croatia, Hungary, Poland and ex-Czechoslovakia. The analyses are based on field and empirical data.
The study reviews the advantages and disadvantages of the adopted privatisation concepts, identifies the main obstacles that need to be removed in order to achieve a higher degree of efficiency of selected methods, and points out which measures are to be taken to create the conditions that could speed up the process of privatisation and economic transformation as a whole.
