Daniela Angelina Jelinčić

Daniela Angelina Jelinčić is Research Associate at the Institute for International Relations (IMO), Zagreb, Croatia. Ms. Jelinčić holds a Ph.D. in Ethnology (Cultural Tourism) from the University of Zagreb (2004). She also received her M.A. (2000) and her Bachelor's degree (1995) in the same research field from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Zagreb. Her research areas include cultural tourism, cultural heritage as a resource in tourism, ethnology and tourism. She is the editor of the Guide to the Culturelink Network, the Culturelink Special issue Culture and Development vs. Cultural Development and the proceedings Culture: A Driving Force for Urban Tourism. She is team member of the cultural tourism project Labin Art Republika; Board member of the Mediterranean Sculpture Symposium, and Member of the International Steering Team of the Regional Observatory for Financing of Culture, Budapest, Hungary. She is also author on numerous articles and policy papers on the subject of cultural tourism.
