Key Qualifications

J. Puljiz was trained in B.A. in Economics and M.Sc. in Operational Research programmes at the University of Zagreb. He worked as researcher and consultant on regional development projects in Croatia for the Ministry of Public Works, Reconstruction and Construction, the Fund for Regional Development, the Ministry of European Integration, the World Bank and other international organizations. His expertise lies in EU regional policy, methodology for regional development level assessment, statistical data processing and geographical information systems. Software skills include Statistica, SPSS and Arc view.
